We are open 8 am - 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Appointments are available during the hours listed below. To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.

GP Urgent Surgery - We operate urgent (emergency) surgeries daily,  Monday to Friday from 10.00 - 11.00am and 4.30 - 5.30pm. From 14th Dec 2009 we are changing the way we run the GP Urgent Surgery. Please ring the surgery for an appointment before attending.  These surgeries are strictly for urgent problems and must not be used to request repeat prescriptions or sick notes.
Minor Illness Clinics - The practice nurses run minor illness clinics daily, (Monday to Friday).  These appointments can only be made on the day.  Please contact reception for more information or to make an appointment.

 

Outside Surgery Hours - To access medical advice or obtain assistance outside normal surgery hours, telephone the surgery number : (0117 969 2508) and your call will automatically be diverted to the out-of-hours '111 service', who will advise you what to do.  The out-of-hours Primary Care Centre, is situated in 'Outpatients 2' at Southmead Hospital.  Access is gained via the main entranace to Accident and Emergency, turn immediately right on entering the building.
